Osteospermum, also known as African Daisy or Cape Daisy, come in many different varieties and colors. Most of the species have beautiful daisy-like flowers with flower heads that contain a number of tiny individual flowers known as florets.

The most unusual blooms (and my favorite) are the spooned varieties named as such because their petals look like spoons. They have intense colors and petals that remind me of little gecko feet!

Osteospermum is a short, compact plant with shorter stems of 8 to 12 inches. We use these in our smaller posy bouquets.
